It’s really unusual for Sapporo to be in this "in between" situation so late in November. Ever since the first snow that lasted for only one day about a week ago, there’s no sign of further snowing. It feels strange to walk on the street with no snow when it clearly is winter already. Anyway, there’s nothing I can do right now but reminisce the beautiful autumn leaves while pray for early appearance of the snow.

The autumn drama season has started and after a few weeks of random viewing, I finally settled to 4 that I think I would stick with till the end. It’s been a while since there’s any real quality drama and “Boku no Aruku Michi” or The Way I Walk is one of the very few.
A trip to Obihiro will not be complete without tasting the renowned Butadon (charcoal grilled pork on rice). The question is: which one to go? The birthplace of Butadon - Pancho? Buta Hachi recommended by my fellow Japanese blogger? Or shall we listen to the local taxi driver who recommended Yuten that is actually famous for its Tempura?
As a big fan of Rokkatei’s cakes and desserts, of course I wouldn’t miss the Rokkatei’s Nakasatunai Art Village located at around 10 minutes from the Happiness Station. It has proven to be another pleasant surprise for us as we didn’t expect another “forest” style art museum after our visit Yoko Ono’s art exhibition at The Tokachi Millennium Forest.
