Greentea Parfait
This is for my brother Martin. Knew he would miss this dessert! It’s also my favorite as it’s got the best combination you can get in a greentea parfait: greentea and vanilla ice-cream + azuki beans + tofu pudding + small chunks of chocolate chiffon cake. It’s just irresistible. This dessert is served in all Ootoya Japanese restaurants throughout Japan. We tried it in Tokyo last year and continued to be a fan of Ootoya after we came back to Sapporo.
